I have found that the metal plates show a solid pictorial reference with the writing on the back side. Purvagni is a bull carrying the sacred fire, prior I believe it was Agnihotra (sacrificing to Agni) it then became Aghnya "not to be killed" then Aggiras. Thus Guru is Jupitar and so is Aggiras (found on the second page). Citramanas 'Horse of the moon' the horse of the moon is Jupitar (vacsapti ). Asita from asta with the "man" glyph from Citramanas, is a poisonous animal siad to be a kind of mouse and the planet Saturn the "man" modifer may be manda (Saturn) or Mantra where asita is a mantra that saves from snakes. Below the plate reads ksiti-danta the elephant that supports the northwest quarter same as puspadanta the elephant of the northwest quarter. Below ksiti means abode or house danta the northwest quarter two seperate words. |
